Acseni® Configuration & Data Management System |
Acseni® Configuration and Data Management System (or simply Acseni) is a general-purpose product data manager (PDM) for design workgroups. This software system provides the configuration and file management capabilities of standard PDM systems, including document data management (with limited part attributes), revision control and effectivity, structure management, data management, and engineering change actions. Active Sensing, Inc. (ASI) designed Acseni for users of Microsoft Windows while supporting common PC networks such as Novell NetWare, Windows NT, Windows for Workgroups, and Artisoft LANtastic. The system does not assume any particular CAE/CAD application, and is capable of working in a mixed-application engineering environment with existing hardware. There are versions for both single-user and network environments.
