Acseni employs the Microsoft Jet 2.5 database engine to store document records and library meta-data. An unlimited license to use this database engine in conjunction with Acseni is provided.
Users wishing to attach to the database must purchase a separate copy of Microsoft Access 2.0 (or higher).
